Job Description :-
Involves End to End HR recruitment.
Understanding client requirements based on the technical expectations of the client and the project needs.
Having telephonic discussion with candidates and validating them from HR point of view.
Interview scheduling, follow-up and co-ordination with the client.
Having final HR discussion after technical rounds to confirm on selected candidates and also salary negotiation.
