Qualification required: -

10+2 / Drop Outs/ Diploma Holder / Any Graduate(Except B.E/B.Tech 2015,14).
Both fresher and Experience are welcome with exceptional communication skills.

Good inter-personal skills.
Ability to deal with clients.
Listening & Convincing Skills.
Both fresher and Experienced are welcome with exceptional communication skills.
Should be well versed in English Language (Speaking, Reading, Writing).

Job Profile: -

Handling US customers and providing VOICE based Technical Support.
Should possess basic knowledge on Computer Concepts.
Open to feedback & learning.
Excellent verbal and written Communication skills in English Language.
Confident and determined approach.
A high degree of self-motivation and drive.
Ensure customer satisfaction with resolutions.
Working shift: 9 pm to 6 am (Willing to work in night shifts).
And for freshers Training will be provided.
