Job Description: 

• Understand the invoice, apply Geo specific rules
• Enter details like number, date, description, amount, currency in Simple Index Compliance
• Identify non-compliant/duplicate invoices and take appropriate actions: further escalation if required
• Verify the vendor and all required details like bank, swift, BACHS, bank account number.
• Track pending invoices on a daily basis to clear the backlog Knowledge capitalization
• Capitalize knowledge and share it with the rest of the team when solving complex or first of a kind exception(s)
• Prepare other reporting or perform special assignments as needed
• Fluent English
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player spirit
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Proficient with MS Excel; with Finance ERP (preferably PSFT) a plus
