Job summary: Generating the revenue by advising clients to join /subscribe to our Investment/Trading services .
Key Responsibilities: (to be carried out from our office over Company Phones)
* Understand the prospect and his/her requirements
* Promote and explain our services and their features to clients based on his/her requirements over the Phone.
* Convince the customer on our services and help him make the payments
* Grow relationship with existing clients and attend to their queries

Note: This is not a field sales.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education: UG - Any engineering, Any degree, Any Management, BBA, Btech/BE
OR
PG - Any Management, MBA
OR
PG - Any Management, MBA
Experience: 0-4 years
Special Skills:
* Strong communication and Effective convincing/negotiation skills
* Languages skills - Hindi and English (Both Mandatory)

Aim of Hiring Management Trainees:
*To prepare trained workforce for vacant leadership positions
*To build Leaders who have worked at ground level in the organisation and who understand the business model
*Management Trainees will have a matrix reporting system with Functional Reporting to Vice President, Sales and Marketing and administrative reporting to Team Leader
*Management Trainees will have a probation Period of 6 months. Post successful completion of the probation period, MTs will be given an escalated career growth in the organisation.
