2> Amcat
3> Elitmus
4> Freshersworld

7> A good frnd circle(its upto u ,not manadatory )

1> As per business news this is came to know Accenture will hire 3 times candidates of previous batch near about 10,000 around candidates, Accenture hire through Elitmus and amcat. So you guys should prepare for elitmus and amcat . if u r not getting good score in 1st attempt then try to give again and get good %ile.
Last year Accenture started drives from Aug- Sept to December
1.> If u r in Bangalore then there are lot of engineering college in Bangalore & these college conduct offcampus , we hve connections with students of these college , so we get news when any offcampus is conducted in these college & we share with all in our group . but these college conduct offcampus sometimes
2.> Amcat : there a lot of MNC are connected with amcat like HCL, CTS, NTT DATA and more . It is third party between students & industry. It’s a papers in which u hve to score 85+% score then amcat will provide u calls for MNCs . try to give this papers & try to get good scores . sample papers are available on amcat sites & MRA file sections u can prepare it . if u don’t hve 60 % in ur all degrees then still write amcat papers
3.> Elitmus : its also same as amcat , its better than amcat , but getting good percentile in its papers is tough , if u will score 70+ % , then they will provide u good calls . lot of big mncs are associated with elitmus like Accenture ,CGI , MAQ and so on .
Every year , near 2-3 k people are getting jobs in Accenture through elitmus . every year in month of august or September Accenture comes & hire the candidate through elitmus , only 2 rounds of interview , 1 simple technical interview & 2nd HR round u ll get 3.5 lac/annum package from Accenture
CGI hires thorugh out year through elitmus , 2013 people can give the elitmus atleast theycan get CGI through elitmus
There are lot of examples are for elitmus , so u should write elitmus exam . sample papers are available on elitmus site & MRA file section
4.> Freshersworld: people talk about its that its fake , don’t take premium membership of it
According to me , its not a fake , they provide good calls , if u hve remembered then in last week there were 3 drives were from freshersworld 1 Huawei 2 symphony teleca 3 . not remember
Its good take its premimum membership , there are lot of mncs are connected with it liks huawei , subex , symphone teleca , altisource , emc2 , misys and so on .
2013, batch people can also take its premium membership
They provide 50 calls in a year in which near about 20-30 calls are good
It is also true some time they provide wrong calls like tech support calls
Suggestions > if ur uploading ur resume on FW sites then in ur resume add all technical skills like java/j2ee, sql , , c++ , java script , java query , CSS HTML5, PHP , testings .
If u hve less percentage like below 60 % then increase ur % in ur resume according to degree & then upload ur resume on FW portal
Whenever job providers provides u call letter then they check ur resumes , check ur % criteria , or ur technical skills either they are matching regarding company requirements or not. Then he/she send u call letter
5> Refferences: references are also one of the way of getting jobs , so how to get references from employees of diff -2 companies.
Mostly all employees of diff-2 companies hve there linkedln profile. So u guys should hve a good linkedln profile in which u should maintain a good technical skills & ur good resume in ur linkedln profile
U can directly connect search the company name in linkedln search option & then u ll get employee of that company , send a frnd request on linkedln & connect with them , when u r connecting with them try to connect with all those people who has more exp more than 3 years exp
Once he/she get connect with u then u can request to him/her for references.
Linkedln very safe social networking site , no fake profile on likedln .
For getting references don’t go with facebook, mostly profile are fake , so don’t go for it
6> Daily walk in attending : its very important points for all jobseekers :
Try to attend the walk in daily , some time its happens that they allow or some time they don’t allow . if they allow then u will get chance to writte exam otherwise just submit ur resume to HR or at reception so for next time they can call u for writing exam
If u r going to attend the walk in anywhere then try walk in other companies & check them either they hve any openings or not if they hve then u can drop ur resume there
We daily post 4-5 devolopments call based or walk in in our groups , a good jobseekers what he/she do she go to the company site first & register or upload his/her rersume on company portal site, or he/she can use likedln to get the reffrences of that company
The people who go to walk in daily get job soon as compare to those candidate who wait for call letter
7> A good frnd circle: a good frnd circle is also necessary for getting jobs.
Try to make a good frnd circle
My request to all noth-indian boys who are staying in Bangalore, try get pg in silk board area side , its good area of job seeking for only north Indian people mostly north Indian jobseekers stay in this area
My request to all girls try stay in BTM area its good , mostly girls stay in this area.

But I will suggest u only two job portals
Plz upload ur resume daily in these portals
When u update ur resume daily then job providers give u calls then they check which is most updated resume in their job portal, so update ur resume daily.
10> Resume : a resume also important factor in getting jobs.ood format of resume is available in file section of MRA , u can download it & edit it according to that
11> try to check MRA jobseekers minimum 5-6 times in a day
