Location: Bangalore

Salary: Upto 3.5 Lacs( Based upon your present salary)

Qualifications BE, BTech, MSc, MCA

Experience 1-3 years

Verbal communication Good, Precise and clear.

Written communication Proficient in English for software documentation.

Software expertise * Windows/Linux OS

Required Skills...

* Experience in Testing GIS Tools/Softwares - ArcGIS, Quantum GIS, MapInfo, Google Earth.
* Good understanding on different GIS files formats.
* Experience working on Bug reporting tool, Test management tool.
Concepts Good Awareness on Computer Hardware and Operating Systems
Desirable Scripting - Shell, Python, JavaScript, bat
Nice to have knowledge on visualization & simulation softwares.
Nice to have knowledge on Audio video concepts.
Should have worked in agile environment.
Good knowledge in SDLC, STLC, Test Methodology and different levels of testing.
Analytical & Logical thinking

PRIMARY ROLE

Reporting to the QA Manager, the role is to provide services relating to testing software.

The QA Engineer is responsible for planning and executing test plan in the most efficient and effective manner. Planning and execution must meet the highest quality standards set forth by VizExperts. The QA Engineer is responsible for writing test cases and performing Testing.

* Writing Black-box test cases as per requirement
* Understanding of testing software/hardware
* Executing test cases, Bug filing and upgrade test reports.
* Exploring open source soft wares and provide enhancement features.
* Upgrade Software & Hardware as needed
* Upgrade documents as required
* Giving demo as and when required at client location.
