Position: Sales Engineer
Nature of job: Permanent
‪#‎Experience‬: 1-4yrs
‪#‎Qualification‬: BE
‪#‎Location‬ : Bangalore
Salery : Best in industry
Must have sold industrial automation products (B2B selling).
Worked in selling products like Motors/Actuators/Motor Drives
Should be having good sales track record.
Plan and manage business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy.
Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity.
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.
Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
Develop strategies and deliver excellent sales and after-sales services to maximize sales, customer satisfaction and retention.
Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
Interact, co-ordinate and follow-up with other departments of the company to ensure timely conversion of orders generated by providing necessary support.
Reviewing customer operations for improving business process opportunities.
Understanding product capability gaps or functionality to define ways to handle them using partners, product enhancements, etc.
Expanding customer base and effectively build a strong relationship with new and existing clients.
Resolving any technical problems face by customer with help of engineer
